On March 8th, Mr.何小鵬, the President of the National People's Congress and Chairman of Mr.XPeng, a leading Chinese automobile company, stood before the "%n通道" to share his entrepreneurial journey as an example, illustrating how technological innovation has transformed our lives.

This was the second session of the National People's Congress, following Mr.雷軍, the chairman of小米汽車, who had previously taken his place in the %n通道. Whether he was exploring low-altitude flight or witnessing significant growth in his company, Mr.何小鵬's participation garnered considerable attention.

That evening, Mr.何小鵬 conducted an online interaction with the media through a platform called %群訪, discussing topics such as the automotive industry's transformation, China's automotive development trends, and his company's AI car initiatives. The information density was exceptionally high.

During the interview, Mr.何小鵬 expressed his excitement over the government's report, which emphasized long-term planning in technology and investment, as well as the national policy on upgrading and replacing used vehicles for new ones. He noted these developments as a significant boost to his company's momentum and its ability to sustain healthy industry cycles.

Breaking down the key terms from the auto industry in the government report, including new energy, AI, robots, and low-altitude economic activities, Mr.何小鵬 provided his insights.

In discussing the convergence of cars, robots, and AI, Mr.何小鵬 explained that the automotive industry is evolving from electric vehicles to AI cars and smart mobility vehicles. He emphasized that these vehicles will have a body, an "brain," and the ability to interact, with wheels providing mobility. This differs from traditional industrial or humanoid robots.

He also mentioned that humanoid robots will lead to a convergence of automotive and robotics industries in areas such as supply chains, technology, scenarios, channels, and branding.

Mr.何小鵬 humorously noted that while current technology cannot yet achieve the "變形金剛" effect, he believed that in the next 10 years, cars could become more diverse and adaptable. He compared them to a mobile home that could meet people's diverse travel needs.

In the field of robots and AI, Mr.何小鵬 mentioned that the company had been exploring electric VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) vehicles since 2013 and had started developing robots in 2020. He noted that while there is a 70% overlap in the technical aspects of cars and robots, humanoid robots face challenges in application scenarios and data acquisition.

Mr.何小鵬 expressed optimism about the company's continued exploration in this field, stating that they aim to achieve breakthroughs this year and mass production next year. Currently, the company has made progress in areas such as robotic joint control and sensory systems. He emphasized the importance of moving from laboratory achievements to commercialization.

何小鵬指出，去年首次被政府工作報告提及的低空經(jīng)濟領域，小鵬汽車已提前布局。

何小鵬介紹，小鵬匯天主要探索汽車與飛機結合以及新一代垂直起降飛行器兩種技術路線，其目標是降低個人購買飛機的成本，開發(fā)價格合理、飛行距離遠、安全性能高且操作簡便的飛行器。預計到2026年二季度末，"陸地航母"將實現(xiàn)量產(chǎn)，目前已收到近4000輛的前期預訂訂單。

會議上，何小鵬詳細闡述了"陸地航母"的優(yōu)勢，該技術配備6個輪子，采用六輪六驅(qū)系統(tǒng)設計，穩(wěn)定性極高，駕駛體驗優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)四輪車型。同時，新一代垂直起降飛行器在安全性方面進行了重點優(yōu)化，計劃引入多維降落傘等創(chuàng)新安全裝置。

何小鵬認為，低空飛行領域的發(fā)展將為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來新的機遇。

何小鵬呼吁企業(yè)避免陷入"內(nèi)卷"的誤區(qū)。

何小鵬對中國汽車行業(yè)的未來充滿信心。

他指出，經(jīng)過充分的競爭，中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的品質(zhì)、安全性和智能化水平不斷提升，同時擁有完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和高素質(zhì)的人才儲備，未來10年有望在全球市場實現(xiàn)超越。

何小鵬進一步說明，中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)如同經(jīng)過《鋼鐵是怎樣煉成的》中的淬煉過程，在激烈的市場競爭中不斷提升核心競爭力。小鵬汽車專注于人工智能技術，特別是在智能駕駛領域，并將持續(xù)提升相關技術能力。目前，小鵬汽車在智能駕駛技術方面已取得顯著突破，包括率先實現(xiàn)了高速輔助駕駛功能的量產(chǎn)。

面對全球經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的不確定性，小鵬汽車仍需應對來自內(nèi)外部的挑戰(zhàn)。

何小鵬表示，他并不希望企業(yè)陷入過度"內(nèi)卷"，而是通過差異化定位、加強研發(fā)與質(zhì)量把控、以客戶為中心提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務，實現(xiàn)多方共贏。他強調(diào)，汽車行業(yè)的競爭不應陷入惡性循環(huán)，而是應該通過持續(xù)創(chuàng)新與合作，共同推動整個行業(yè)的進步。

為了提升小鵬汽車在行業(yè)中的競爭力，何小鵬曾提出公司戰(zhàn)略將從"智能駕駛公司"全面轉(zhuǎn)向"AI汽車公司"。對此，何小鵬解釋道，智能汽車的算法主要由程序員根據(jù)既定規(guī)則進行編寫，而AI汽車則依賴于數(shù)據(jù)訓練與推理能力，能夠處理更多異常情況。為了拓展全球市場，小鵬汽車進行了多項技術革新，包括放棄高精度地圖與激光雷達、顯著提升計算能力、強化數(shù)據(jù)安全性等。

"L3級別自動駕駛商業(yè)化將加速推進"

關于今年引發(fā)廣泛關注的"智能駕駛平權"話題，何小鵬也有自己的看法。

他表示，盡管新AI技術降低了實現(xiàn)智能駕駛的門檻，但其上限的提升和下限的設置更為復雜，因此，實現(xiàn)更高階自動駕駛的成本也隨之提高。小鵬汽車致力于提供高階自動駕駛服務，盡管其成本較高，但這種選擇能夠為用戶提供更安全、更舒適的行駛體驗。何小鵬強調(diào)，要在AI技術領域深入發(fā)展，必須確保企業(yè)有足夠的收入和利潤支撐。他舉例稱，一些車企推出的低階自動駕駛技術雖然成本較低，但在復雜路況下的表現(xiàn)不盡如人意，而小鵬汽車追求的高階自動駕駛技術，通過更先進的傳感器、算法和硬件配置，能夠應對更多復雜場景。

關于自動駕駛技術的商業(yè)化進程，何小鵬認為，在未來兩年內(nèi)，L3級別自動駕駛的商業(yè)化將加速推進，中國有望在全球范圍內(nèi)率先實現(xiàn)這一目標。在推動智能駕駛保險業(yè)務發(fā)展方面，他認為保險作為高階智能駕駛安全保障的重要組成部分，值得進一步探索和推廣。他期待相關法規(guī)的出臺，并給予企業(yè)一定的探索空間。他指出，隨著自動駕駛技術的不斷進步，保險行業(yè)也需要進行相應的創(chuàng)新和變革，通過將駕駛數(shù)據(jù)與保險費率相結合，實現(xiàn)更精準的風險評估。

此外，何小鵬還分享了公司在吸引和培養(yǎng)人才方面的相關舉措，包括提供豐厚的薪酬福利、打造優(yōu)質(zhì)食堂、推出"探索者計劃"等。他還提到，小鵬汽車計劃于今年推出兩款車型進入香港右舵市場，期望香港在低空經(jīng)濟與自動駕駛領域給予政策支持，推動相關試點項目落地實施。其中，"探索者計劃"特別針對剛畢業(yè)或工作兩年以內(nèi)的年輕人才，為他們提供獨立的招聘、培訓、晉升和薪酬增長通道，助力這些年輕人才快速成長。
