On the 10th of March, the High-Tech Zone of Inner江 announced the signing of three major high-tech industrial projects totaling 1.6 billion yuan. These projects, which cover semiconductor high-tech equipment components, laser cutting machinery, and advanced packaging and manufacturing technologies, will address a significant gap in the local semiconductor front-end equipment industry and strengthen the rear-end production chain. This move will provide a strong impetus for the city to develop specialized equipment for the semiconductor industry.

The three companies involved are Dongwei Electronics, Jingyuan Intelligent, and Laiming Lasers, all industry leaders. The projects represent core components of the semiconductor supply chain (materials, equipment, and packaging and testing), aligning closely with the existing electronics industries in the High-Tech Zone in terms of material supply, equipment support, and technical collaboration. By integrating the supply chain, the projects will create a closed loop from semiconductor materials to device manufacturing, to packaging and testing, and finally to industrial manufacturing, enhancing the competitiveness of the regional industrial cluster.

Inner江 High-Tech Zone Party Committee Secretary Xiao Cunlai stated that the successful signing of these projects reflects the city's scientific policy of "expanding industries, focusing on manufacturing," the result of driving the development of high-quality干部隊(duì)伍 and optimizing the business environment. It represents the alignment of corporate development goals with the city's long-term vision for its integrated semiconductor ecosystem, as well as the High-Tech Zone's commitment to maintaining a "trustworthy, practical, efficient, and honest" work ethic and its dedication to serving entrepreneurs and scientists.

"Jingyuan has important strategic clients in Chengdu and Chongqing, and Inner江 offers a thirty-minute commute to both cities, benefiting from its strong electronics ecosystem." Mr.蔣永新, the CEO of Jingyuan Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., explained that choosing Inner江 is due to the city's ideal " timing, location, and people's will" in all aspects.

During the initial contact and discussions, Mr.施心星, the CEO of Suzhou Laiming Laser Technology Co., Ltd., was impressed by the practical and efficient approach of the High-Tech Zone. He mentioned that the zone has provided detailed policy explanations and project guidance, while actively coordinating resource arrangements to address any challenges faced by the companies. This positive government-business relationship has instilled confidence in the companies and solidified their intention to establish a strong presence in Inner江.

Over the past year, Inner江 High-Tech Zone has consistently adhered to the development principles of "high, new, fast, and efficient," fully implementing the requirements of the city's "high-tech and high-tech" strategy, and actively advancing the construction of the 2+1 industrial clusters of high-tech manufacturing, smart manufacturing, and digital economy.

Mr.李明, a leader from the Inner江 High-Tech Zone Committee, introduced that the zone is currently focusing on the main industries, attracting more high-tech, intelligent manufacturing, and digital enterprises through chain-based招商, fund招商, and platform招商. The goal is to fill all the professional buildings already constructed, achieving a occupancy rate of 100%.

These three projects represent a crucial step in advancing the "build and achieve" initiative, contributing to the improvement of the park's project quality and scale.
