據(jù)中國(guó)駐烏克蘭大使館消息，3月6日，海關(guān)總署官員馬升琨總署官員會(huì)見烏克蘭農(nóng)業(yè)政策與食品部部長(zhǎng)科瓦利和食品安全與消費(fèi)者保護(hù)署署長(zhǎng)特卡丘克。馬總署官員在會(huì)見中與特卡丘克署長(zhǎng)共同簽署《烏克蘭豌豆輸華植物檢疫要求議定書》和《烏克蘭野生水產(chǎn)品輸華檢驗(yàn)檢疫和衛(wèi)生要求議定書》。

馬總署官員積極評(píng)價(jià)中烏農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域合作，表示簽署上述議定書將有助于擴(kuò)大兩國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易規(guī)模，深化中烏戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系內(nèi)涵。中烏農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域合作具有互補(bǔ)性和潛力，中方愿進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏，造福兩國(guó)人民。

科瓦利表示，中國(guó)是全球最大的農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)口國(guó)，也是烏克蘭的主要貿(mào)易伙伴國(guó)，中國(guó)對(duì)烏克蘭農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口具有重要意義。中方愿在烏方的推動(dòng)下，盡快簽署上述農(nóng)產(chǎn)品輸華出口協(xié)議，并逐步擴(kuò)大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口種類。

雙方還就農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域其他合作事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行了深入交流與探討。

澤連斯基再次表態(tài)尋求中國(guó)幫助

烏克蘭總統(tǒng)澤連斯基在2月23日下午舉行的基輔記者招待會(huì)上表示，烏克蘭重建需要大量資金，首要任務(wù)是為烏方提供安全保障。他希望中國(guó)能夠在烏克蘭恢復(fù)和平、未來重建等方面發(fā)揮建設(shè)性作用。

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視頻顯示，當(dāng)被香港鳳凰衛(wèi)視記者問及“烏克蘭期待中國(guó)能對(duì)烏方停止戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、恢復(fù)和平以及未來重建起到怎樣的作用”時(shí)，澤連斯基首先提到，烏克蘭重建需要大量資金，首要任務(wù)是為烏方提供安全保障。

Mr.澤連斯基 stated that "we give the highest priority to Ukraine's internal affairs and those of all nations that can assure us of security. This is why we believe in our partnership with all our allies." He added, "Our allies will assure us of security, and we will use their businesses to rebuild Ukraine to exploit."

Mr.澤連斯基 emphasized that "China possesses significant advantages in its economic relationship with Europe. In this context, China can play a crucial role in preventing Russia's advance and respecting territorial sovereignty, especially in this regard, to ensure a political resolution of the Ukraine crisis."

He stressed that "Ukraine does not require weapons. We have not asked China about weapons, but we know the answers. However, I believe this is important, so if China is willing to assist us, we are ready to explore potential participants."

In addressing the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Mr. China has long advocated for dialogue, peaceful dialogue, and political solutions. In February 2023, the Chinese government released its position on achieving a political resolution of the Ukraine crisis, outlining 12 key principles, including respecting national sovereignty, ending the Cold War mentality, initiating a ceasefire, restarting diplomatic talks, addressing the humanitarian crisis, protecting civilians and prisoners, ensuring nuclear safety, reducing strategic risks, facilitating trade, ending unilateral sanctions, safeguarding supply chains, and supporting long-term reconstruction.

Earlier in September 2022, Chinese, Brazilian, and Egyptian nations, representing the "Global South," established the "Peaceful Friend" group in response to the Ukraine Crisis within the United Nations. The group issued a joint communiqués, reiterating principles of respecting national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and peaceful conflict resolution. It urged the international community to cool tensions, emphasize the importance of limiting battlefield expansion, and support achieving a comprehensive and enduring political resolution of the crisis through diplomatic means. The initiative emphasized the role of the "Global South" nations in advancing the process.

When asked if he would consider China joining the peace negotiations, Mr.澤連斯基 stated, "Regarding China, we have always expressed our willingness to have serious participants in the process."

Mr.澤連斯基 expressed his hope that the participants in the peace process would include countries willing to provide security, assistance, and investment for Ukraine. He stressed that dialogue with China is critical to his understanding of the situation and to his nation's interests.

On February 15 evening, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Ukraine's foreign minister, Serhiy Sheryban, during the Munich Security Conference. Sheryban noted that Ukraine and China have maintained close ties and mutual friendliness. He highlighted that their cooperation is mutually beneficial and win-win, offering substantial benefits to the people of both nations. Ukraine emphasized its respect for China's status as a major power and appreciated the Chinese government's balanced and objective stance. Ukraine also expressed its hope that China would play a significant role in achieving a comprehensive, fair, and sustainable peace.
