Car Life reported that on March 11, the reveal event for the new Haval MAX SUV model from GAC showcased the second-generation Haval梟龍MAX. The vehicle features the second-generation Hi4 engine system and a high-end intelligent driving輔助系統(tǒng), both of which are now available for pre-order. Comparatively, the current-generation Haval梟龍MAX official starting price is from 159,800 to 179,800 yuan.

The report states that the new model incorporates a completely new design language, featuring a variety of exterior paint options including極光綠、遠山灰、滄浪青、冰晶白、幻夜黑. The vehicle features a "Dart's Light" headlamp design with 72 LED crystal beads, and the Haval brand logo in the center can be illuminated. The vehicle features a trapezoidal intake grille at the front, as well as silver or black導流槽 on either side. The exterior is equipped with a full LED lighting system, including a 12.3-inch全液晶儀表盤 and a 14.6-inch中控屏幕. The vehicle also features an AI抬頭顯示功能 that can adjust the instrument panel height based on the driver's seat position.

The interior features three color options: 天鏡白、峽谷棕、探秘黑, with the dashboard and control panel made from premium materials such as leather and wood grain, featuring X-shaped stitching. The vehicle is equipped with multiple layers of anti-noise glass in the front seats, as well as three-way sealing for the doors and body. The interior is also adorned with 35 soundproof materials to enhance noise insulation.

The vehicle's seats are constructed using dual-density foam technology, with the driver's seat supporting 12 directions of electric adjustment and the passenger seat supporting 4 directions of electric adjustment. All seats feature heated functionality, and the front seats also offer ventilation and massaging features. The rear seats feature a 27-degree and 32-degree height-adjustable backrest, along with a 4/6 split-fold option.

The vehicle's dimensions are 4780x1895x1725 millimeters in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2810 millimeters. It is equipped with two plug-in hybrid powertrain options: a 1.5L Hi4 engine and a 1.5T Hi4 engine. The 1.5L engine has a maximum power output of 85 kilowatts, while the 1.5T engine has a maximum power output of 115 kilowatts. The 1.5L Hi4 model features a 27.54-kilowatt-hour battery pack, offering a claimed pure-electric range of 126 kilometers.
